LANDSCAPES + PATHWAYS
Landscapes + Pathways draws on deep ecology, our connection to place, and how our inner landscape is altered by our surroundings. Mapping how we move through the world, how our paths shift and change— these sculptures are then informed by light and shadow, shifting and changing throughout the day.
Drawing on natural history and works by Robert Macfarlane (Underland), Sharon Blackie (If Women Rose Rooted) and Robin Wall-Kimmerer (Braiding Sweetgrass), these pieces explore how we connect to place and the land.
Wall-mounted paper sculptures: Heavy Arches paper mounted on wood.
